Founded by Mr Lee Boon Leng, JL Asia is an established property and hospitality group with a humble presence in 3 countries namely Singapore, Thailand and Malaysia.
JL Asia specializes in freehold residential and had developed and launched close to 1,000 residential units locally. Some of the local residential developments are located at city fringe and prime districts, namely Forte Suites, Jool Suites, 8 Farrer Suites, Central Imperial and 28 Imperial Residences just to name a few.
The company also oversees and manages the commercial and hospitality developments of J’Forte Group in Singapore and across the region.
